Data Privacy

We process Discord account details, settings, voting and usage records, and subscription references to operate the service. Messages and supplied context are sent to model providers to generate replies. See our Privacy Policy for details and deletion options.

Access and Subscriptions

A confirmed top.gg vote grants 12 hours of free access. Regular ($9/month) provides the same allowance continuously without voting. Power ($29/month) provides a higher allowance. Limits are shown in /plans and apply per person across conversations in a rolling 12-hour window. A new vote renews access without resetting usage. Failed AI requests do not consume the allowance. Availability depends on model capacity. New subscriptions are available only when checkout is enabled; existing subscriptions retain their agreed recurring prices. Manage or cancel a subscription through /settings in Discord. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.

Intellectual Property

Use of generated responses is subject to the applicable model provider's terms. Responses may not be unique and may contain material subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for checking that your intended use is permitted.

User Conduct

Users are expected to interact with the service in a respectful and lawful manner. Abuse, harassment, or use of the service for unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Modification and Termination of Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. Affected users will be notified via Discord DM or email, if provided.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, users are encouraged to create a Support Ticket on our community server or write an email to [email protected].

Age Requirement

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and any applicable local requirements to use the bot.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service provider.
